Bungie cave, because they have nothing else to give pvp players….and Halo is breathing down their necks.

Smh. It IS a big deal. The problem is that you—as a group—-are so fixated on getting what you want and defending getting it that you’re unwilling to step back and look at the game as a whole. This isn’t that complicated. 1. This game is not a dedicated pvp game. It is an RPG, that just happens to have pvp made from the leftover parts. 2. Traction is a movement ability. If it weren’t it would have been made part of the game’s base movement, but it’s not. 3. Running traction is a BUILD CHOICE. Just like my like to running Warmind cells or to augment my stats instead using ammo mods. Because it is a build choice it has to come at a cost to the player. Which is why MY build choices count against my armors energy level. So there is both a resource cost (energy) AND an opportunity cost. That is my decision to equip a mod costs me the ability to use something else that goes in that same slot. 4. Bungie has already accommodated you by removing the resource cost (0 Energy). But that isn’t enough because you—as a group—-want to ignore that this game is an RPG, and want even that tiny opportunity cost removed. [b]In short you want Bungie to selectively advantage YOUR PLAY STYLE, by eliminating ALL the costs (and tough choices) associated with running a cornerstone of your build.[/b] [i]Why does YOUR build and YOUR play style warrant special treatment? Why yours and not everyone else’s??[/i]

I’m not even going to read all of that, but many console players use traction in pve because without it turning is just too slow. It’s not just a pvp thing. I’m not here to argue, I’ve read the thread and almost everyone disagrees with you and you still stand firm with your ridiculous opinion.

And that’s why you don’t understand. Because you are unwilling to make any effort to see the situation from any other point of view and understand why what you’re demanding is a problem, and fundamentally unfair to other players. And I don’t CARE if other people disagree with me. Truth isn’t a popularity contest. In fact speaking inconvenient truth tends to make one VERY unpopular.
