I came to the forums previously because I was at a loss of getting help.
Ordered my DSC Raid Jacket back in 11/2020 and have waited since. I ended up having to move once things got crazy and I tried for months reaching out on bungie store support with no response to update my address. After months of no success I tried reaching out to CMs of bungie and still no success. Tried on here even.
Move forward to last Thursday I get notification that my item has been shipped to the old house. I tried to reach out to UPS (who they chose to ship) and intercept the package at a store or anything and was told it would get forwarded to new address. Well today it’s officially gone to the old old and can’t be retrieved.
It heartbreaking that I spent that kind of money on something that I will never see. It’s horrible how little care they provide to their customers.
Years I have supported and enjoyed the game and it’s offerings. But after something like this, that won’t be happening in future.
I’m so very disappointed in the company and how you treated me. I’m sure there are others and in similar situations.
Waiting 8 month for such a let down is devastating.

3 RespuestasUpdated to be a Happy Guardian thanks to so many!! Updated Notes - thank you to everyone that commented and helped. I was able to get assistance from both sides and I successfully picked up my jacket. To those that shared similar issues, it wasn’t just about me anymore. I appreciate all the support so I passes along the feedback of challenges of hopes they do better. I can’t ever say the same issues won’t come up for someone else. But I hope everyone gets to successful outcomes as well. Feel free to use my story as reference that you aren’t alone if you too have issues. Thank you again to COZMO, the bungie rep that commented asking for information, and UPS lady that was willing to help. I appreciate you all.

Bungie Store support sucks, i received an email yesterday that finally on the 20th they are migrating to a new site. Hope their post-sale support service will improve dramatically once the new store is released.

4 RespuestasSorry to hear you experienced that. I am moving in September and have two seals I’m waiting on. What happened to you has been something I’ve started worrying about. Bungie needs to have a method on their site to allow people to update their address on orders. Especially when they take forever to deliver!

Odd I bought Collectors Edition Beyond Light and they shipped everything to my new house. (I moved after I had preordered everything.) I contacted Bungie as soon as I moved and also had a forwarding address. Had no issues. That sucks man.

I had also moved address which added to the head-ache, because I never anticipated it would take more than a few weeks. Bungie store are the slowest MF's in retail Never bought anything from the store again, lesson learned

3 RespuestasUnironicly Wish has a better service than the bungie store. Products already take months to get shipped and are often late by weeks/months.

1 RespuestaI also ordered from the bungie store and they never even shipped anything. My items still show "unfulfilled". I'm currently working with my bank to charge back the order. Bungie has never replied to email/messages. Lesson learned. Never buy from bungie again.

5 RespuestasThis reflects on Bungie and you, poorly. Mostly Bungie though. I just don't have sympathy for people who spend that kind of money for something like that. Next time just fill a box with money and ship it to Bungie with a love letter.

1 RespuestaLike suggested, if no response from Bungie, dispute it with your card issuer. Either way, you might report them to the Better Business Bureau. That should get their attention and may get them to change their business practices.
