3 RespuestasA lot if shit is weird when you go deep into it. I was in the break room one night and gymnastics was on. I started saying to my friend, "isn't it kinda weird how this is even a thing? Like, they're just moving their bodies around and for what? Why dedicate your life to that? Why do we make competition out of that and spectate it?" Don't get me started on the strange and arguably sexual rolling and flailing about they do on the mat prior to doing a series of flips and spins to ened the routine...

We like to impose meaning on things to make it seem like we’re above all that biology and instinct but they’re not much more than superficial excuses really. When you get down to it it’s all just sort of making a noise or prancing about in an enjoyable or unenjoyable way. Vibrating, if you will. Sometimes slow; sometimes fast, and there isn’t really a meaning to that beyond the fact that that’s just what things tend to do.
