Which one is it? You want to give each other hugs after a match? Or you want to give positive reviews to the players you constantly and easily kill so you play with them over and over?

Editado por Rex Masters: 7/9/2021 12:45:17 PMWhy aren’t people getting this - it’s a two way system Player A prefers player B - because they are easy to kill Player B avoids player A - because they don’t like being stalked and killed over and over Avoidance is stronger than preference - these two players should never meet again Or they can take it one step further and actually report them for bullying - then we start using the system we have now It’s really not a hard concept
-
If you don't speak to them or them to you, how can you get bullied?
-
Repeated targeting or harassment, things like teabagging, sending hateful messages - lots of things can fall under that category It doesn’t have to be text based or audio based, it can be visually threatening or insensitive behaviour I haven’t experienced it myself, or if people have tried I haven’t noticed it or paid attention to it, but I’m sure others have
-
Hateful messages yes, that can be harassment..... a character standing up and kneeling over and over, please, grow a spine, life is hard and there are actual situations that can be considered bad or harassment or whatever...getting killed in PvP and then the opponent presses circle a few times next to you is not
-
Just because me and you can handle that behaviour doesn’t mean everybody can, that’s my point Also it’s no different than male characters air humping female characters in Roblox- People were banned for that - and it falls under insensitive actions
-
So we need to file a report on every player after every game? Otherwise, by the time someone thinks they are being farmed the damage is already done! The skilled player has gotten what they wanted already; an increase k/d
-
Noo, you dont HAVE to report any player at all, only ones you’d like to see more or less often than the rest The person that has preferred you - because they want to target you - yes, may get a short boon of more kills on you particularly But once you have discovered it, then avoid them/ report them for hounding you like that - Then they can be disciplined correctly for that behaviour - It will be a lot harsher any player that prefers you for that reason than anything else
-
Yeah so my point still stands. The only surefire way to prevent farming/stalking/trolling is to ensure you give feedback on every player on every game. Otherwise you could be playing at considerable disadvantage next game and wasting your time. Ain’t nobody got time for that!
-
It doesn’t have to be every player no, just the one that was hunting/trolling you - once their pair percentage has gone down, everyone else’s will be increased by default And you have to take time out to do that anyway, much longer in fact If someone is hunting/ trolling you now - You have to find them out, make a report then wait 6 months for bungie to investigate and if you’re lucky that person will get a slap on the wrist to not do it again/ rarely a ban It doesn’t actually decrease your chance of seeing that player again just because you reported them to bungie - bungie aren’t going around attaching specific matchmaking rules between victims and their abusers
-
Well as it stands I hardly see the same players game to game. If your strategy was used they would have 75% chance of playing with me next game if they wanted to. I rarely have 75% of the Lobby 2 games in a row. And I think you would need to do all the players to keep it in real time. As players can change attitude match to match. And if I only gave feedback on negative players, what benefit is your system?
-
Those numbers are purely placeholders and do not take into account the standard matchmaking protocols beit sbmm or cbmm or what have you If you only avoid players you don’t like, and don’t prefer players you do like you’re affecting your own chances of being paired that way Avoiding a player would lower your chance of seeing them compared to the millions of players you haven’t reviewed Preferring a player increases your chance of seeing them - so putting both together gives a MUCH greater chance difference between seeing preferred and avoided players
