Get a grip, destiny 2 is almost 4 years old.. that's over 200 weeks, which means only one raid every two weeks would make you hit this requirement. That's not even an hour of playtime.. This is a hardcore clan and yet any casual player could hit this requirement. A good clan needs daily activity, and if you can't even be bothered to do one raid every couple of weeks then this isn't the clan for you regardless of requirements. Don't be bitter just because you don't raid often.
