Says the sandbox team. Yet 120 RPM Handcannons essentially ARE Scout Rifles. You are hardly ever out of their territory because of the map design and they have the most forgiving body shot damage, recoil, dumb levels of flinch, and the largest hit boxes meaning they're one of the weapons that actually require the least amount of skill. I'd like to be able to compete using Auto Rifles and Pulse Rifles again but I guess we're headed for yet another Handcannon meta because there are no changes on the horizon.
