My friends and I just got off a trials run and lost every game. Not a single round win, with the exception of a team that was throwing.
Maybe we are just trash at pvp. Maybe we just don’t have good enough gear. One fact through out all our games was at least one person had an adept trials weapon. I just wish people who have never gone flawless before could play with other players that have not gone flawless so everyone has more of a chance. I’m sure this might upset a lot of the pvp buffs but I’ve had it getting sniped seconds after turning a corner or getting 2 tapped by an igneous hammer(adept).
Maybe I just need to get good \(0-0)/
All I’m asking is for a non flawless matchmaking system with other players of the same skill level. I don’t know game design, so this might be hard to implement but I’d love for this to be implemented in some way.
That’s just my take on it, I’d love to here peoples thoughts.

Let’s say with SBMM they break the player base into 3 tiers; tier 1 are the best players, tier 2 are average and tier 3 are below average. Only 3% still make it to the lighthouse but that 3% is divided up into 1% of the top players, 1% of the average players and 1% of the below average players. Why should that 1% of bellow average players make it to the lighthouse when any team from the best and average tiers couldn’t get to the lighthouse even though they could easily beat any of that 1% of below average players. A side effect of this is it also cheapens flawless. Right now it’s something to show off, the best of the best sort of thing. But if 1% of below average players can now make it flawless suddenly it means nothing to the top players. But all of that is actually irrelevant because with SBMM comes a 50/50 win/loss ratio. Ain’t no one going flawless with a 50/50 win/loss ratio.
