I’m literally in a override run as I’m posting this, trying to grind the catalyst and the weekly fusion challenge. And this exotic is literally shooting potatoes lol liter 12 body shots to kill a simple leagonaire. And forget using the secondary fire. It’s useless in PvE!! Buff the damage by at least 100% because this exotic is not fun. It’s slow like it should be, but has no damage perks. BUFF IT BUNGIE. PLEASEEEE

I just got the vex mytho and.......... oh my god, it hurts me to say this but the gun is trash. It needs a buff ASAP.
-
3 RespuestasShould of made it a 260rpm Rapid fire Scout Rifle, kept Zen Moment and Rampage, dropped the Fusion Rifle tag and made the catalyst fire in alternate mode with extra damage against Vex or something. That is already 10 times better than what we have now and is not broken. Basically a glorified Symmetry, Trustee or Randys Throwing Knife.

2 RespuestasA buff for eot for damage would be nice too. Its ass when it comes to it

Editado por cycofreak3: 6/5/2021 6:26:13 PMImagine having a raid exotic thats trash in PvE hahahahaha
looks straight at Eyes of Tomorrow
Seriously though, I'd be with you but I can't tell how badly it needs a buff or if at all cause ya know, them drop rates are low as hell, bad luck protection only increases once per account per week rather than per character (for some dumb reason) and we will have no clue if the rate is bugged or not for a couple of months.

8 RespuestasYou know what would be really good for the gun? Ban it in pvp completely, and watch what they can do to make it shine that goes for all weapons and skills in destiny 2 too
-
4 RespuestasSo my friend told me about a possible buff/rework that a dev was saying is in the works. Was mentioned on a podcast that the weapon needed a changed because of how underwhelming it was to use. Don't quote me, it's just what I heard. I think it's fun to use but definitely need a buff or rework. Right now it's basically an auto rifle that's classified as a fusion rifle and the charged shots don't do much to make the gun feel exotic. Hopefully they can come up with a way to make Mytho worth the chase.

2 RespuestasWhat I don’t get is why guns lose their stacks when switching them for unique firing options. Symmetry keeps its stacks but for whatever reason tarrabah and vex mythoclast don’t. Both of these should keep their buffs when switching and vex should still have crowd control/rampage on it.
-
1 RespuestaYou can double the dmg of mytho if u use the correct mods but yes I also believe it shout get a buff.
-
2 RespuestasWait, what's Vex Mythoclast?! I don't think it exists.
-
4 RespuestasThis right here is part of the reason why I don't run the rads in D2. Things that used to have an incentive to run the raids in D1 have been created to be whatever you call this in D2 that is not a good thing at all.
-
1 RespuestaI would be happy for it to just bloody drop for me!
-
It should be like pocket infinity
-
1 RespuestaWhile you're at it, bring back its original shot sound fx
-
They need to slap the old school crowd control back on that bad boy. It does piss poor damage and the linear fusion rifle function is useless in PvE and useless in PvP when you can’t get enough kills for it. It’s basically a 360 RPM auto rifle with a terrible TTK. It needs a damage buff, so I suggest giving it a perk that increases damage on kills. Or maybe the RoF increases (up to 750) with every kill (for a duration).
-
In the last "Firing Range Podcast" devs acknowledged the poor performance of the Vex Mythoclast. If I got it right, something will be done in Season 15 about it.
-
While I wouldn't be against buffing the weapon they need to rework the catalyst because it makes using the exotic function of the Mythoclast more of a pointless gimmick rather than an upgrade to the weapon. Here are ideas that I have Basic Patch to the Mythoclast: make it so we don't lost Overcharge stacks when we stow the weapon away. While gaining Overcharge stacks is different in PvE (1 stack per kill) and PvP (3 stacks per kill) I think it makes less sense to lose the stacks when players are caught in a situation where we need to swap weapons in case we need to. The way it works right now is reminding me why I don't use Terrabah. Catalyst rework: Make it so that the Linear Fusion Rifle fire mode does more damage. Another idea would be give it a damage perk like it had in Destiny 1 (Crowd Control now Rampage or give it Vorpal Weapon). Or do both considering that you have to switch firing modes anyway. To me its just a fun gun to play around, but not practical to use because of how inefficient the weapon is.

Look at what they did to the amago loop (Fatebringer) no arc .look what they did to the vex ruined it. I HOPE they never bring back the gjallihorn, seeing what these b.teamguys At bungo did to those weapons. Leave it in our memories with all its glory.
-
Also it seems like vex specifically suffers in override compared to all other pve activities and I have no clue why. Even in VoG it kills faster than in override
-
It needs a buff but the thing people forget is it’s still considered a fusion rifle in game. Meaning it’ll only benefit from a fusion rifle buff or a buff specifically for the gun itself. So any nerf to fusions applies to vex. Really wish bungie gave fusions in general more love
-
7 RespuestasDo you mean the drop rate because it’s the lowest raid weapon by far.
-
I think they've already confirmed that they want to buff the thing at some point
-
Why do you think they made the vexthe Way it is. PVP they nerfed to the vault in d1. Probably do it now but bungie bent over Again to those whining azzholes
-
4 RespuestasNah bro vex needs a nerf bro
-
Yes. It just feels like a bad auto rifle.
-
5 RespuestasI dont have the gun, but I can assume its already garbage because its a 360 auto/fusion? Hasnt that weapon archetype always been bad?
