It's been a while for me. Just kill guardians with a super? Nova bomb can work. Golden gun. Thunder rash. The secret is to do it as often as possible to get as many chances to invade.

They need to have their super active too so if it’s not a roaming super it won’t count

The issue is that they would rather hold supers for boss and then use eyes of tomorrow or a 1hk heavy to fight over a super

No, I’d just get killed with eyes of tomorrow. No one will use their super unless it’s for boss damage and even then they hold it until invader dies
