Ok I'm sorry, but are you shitting me bungie? Instead of just giving us plain old transmog like we've been asking for, for YEARS, you decided to throw together this jank ass system that once again, forces us to grind grind grind boring content. Just to change our armor appearance? We're forced to farm 4 different stages of materials, JUST TO CHANGE A PIECE OF ARMOR?
You guys are so -blam!-ing out of it.. I really have no words. I'm sorry but go back to the drawing board. All you had to do was add normal ass transmog. This ain't it.
- Let me also add on, that in case you haven't seen it yet, they'll be limiting how much transmog we can do, and material we can earn, per season. Another classy middle finger to the community. 🤙
- I appreciate the feedback and attention we're getting here. Will bingo listen? Not likely, but keep making noise and we'll see how it plays out.. never a dull day around here. You gotta stop shafting vets of the game bungie. This is not how you show us you care, this is how you piss everyone off.
- you've all done well, and earned yourself a slice of your choice, of the following cheeses: sharp cheddar, pepperjack, or provolone.

That’s just it though. They don’t care
licks finger
1 RespuestaFor having no words, there sure are a lot of them in your post!! I don't get why everyone is pissed? Well, really, I don't get why anyone even wants transmog? Who cares!!! Got enough ornaments and most, if not all, look way better than any of the armor that you could transmog. And God forbid you gotta play to be able to do it!!

4 RespuestasIf you were reasonable, you'd see that this system has taken a lot of development resources to implement. There needs to be some financial return on that. Realistically, 10 armour pieces per character per season is loads. Who even wants more than that? That's 2 full sets. In the 1st season we get 4 full sets. I don't understand who actually wants more than 1 set in the 1st place.

10 RespuestasIt's time to bail. Y'all did this. I never wanted microtransactions. I wanted a videogame, not a cashshop. I'll pay for a game, but not microtransactions. You want this system? Then that's what they'll give you. Game has changed. They've made it into a mobile free to try version with microtransactions not associated with the game. I'm just here to play a game. This is not it. If you like it, stay and let them milk you. If you don't, it's time to bail. This game won't change, it's a Milking Cow. I also want transmog and shaders, but not like this. Let's bail. It's time to go.

Gotta be careful you may break the game if you transmog to rare gear

Taniks has no House. He kneels before no banner, owes allegiance to no Kell. He is a murderer, and very good at what he does. I have been tracking him since Wolves broke their chains, yes? Now Taniks works for Wolf Pack, but not for long.

It's a business tactic. They purposefully made it as long and boring a process with unnecessary limitations so you just say "screw this, I'll just spend 10 bucks". They will also most likely planned it to be overboard, so next season they walk it back to their original intended system so they can crow about "hearing you.". Thing is, they will already have a shit ton of money from the hopelessly addicted and frustrated

5 RespuestasEditado por Brimstone: 4/23/2021 10:12:58 PM6-7 years after it was first proposed, a request from the community was thrown into a dimly lit, windowless room in Seattle. It wasn't because they finally got around to it, no, someone from management just wanted to play a prank and folded it into a paper plane, to throw it at the dregs. 50 creatures are working there, wearing pajamas, huffing a combination of paint thinner, ozone and their own farts. They started 'working'. The toxic miasma warped the request into a convoluted aberration of what the people have been asking for. And the creatures were proud of it. Welcome to the Bungie Community Request Department.

oh bungie has no other option, I mean this is a new level, the way the comunity is reacting, the comunity is pissed off, more than having the solstice gear be obsulete weeks after getting it, more pissed then the sunset crap, more pissed then the stasis introduction I mean at this rate its more fitting to call it the Comunity's Divine Wrath
-
It’s a shit system . Convoluted bullshit they need to go back to the drawing board.
-
Alll you gotta do is kill 150 enemies in strikes to get hamsterwheele1 weave then turn that in for a bounty from ada to play 10 strikes to get hamsterwheele2 weave then take that to the tower and get on an actual hamster wheel and run for ten minutes to spin that second weave into fine hamsterwheele weave which you can take to Eververse for a 50% chance of getting transmog and if it fails you can pay silver for it to succeed
-
It is astonishing how they've turned a slam dunk into an own goal. C'mon Bungie, whoever made this call needs to take a step back and let the more player friendly devs take the lead on stuff like this. I'm not against a cash shop, but when it impacts the wider game like this, it pushes me away from Silver purchases. I wont buy if I feel like I'm being pushed into it, purely on principle.

18 RespuestasEditado por A_mo: 4/23/2021 12:40:38 PMI am not even lying when I say this. I was actually thinking the other day that they need to come up with some kind of way to go after more money from people who indiscriminately throw it at whatever videogame happens to be on their screens at the time. How is this bad? We could have just had no transmog and now we do, plus people who don't sit on game websites all day will be paying for it and a whole bunch of other things. If I were yall I'd be compiling... I was going to say "wish lists," but now they can be "demand lists." And people who aren't any of the people on here will be paying for it. How is this not pure genius? One thing that I've already added to my list is an emote that says "gestures towards Eververse" so that if they ever try to say "lack of resources" we can all go to the tower and gesture towards Eververse and then get what we want! Big picture ladies and gents... big picture...

Haha!! Did you expect anything less from Bungie? Bungie is too busy going after SayNoToRage to fix their game and it come up with good Ideas to make the game better. So glad I quit this shit game.

Editado por Bad St Brawler: 4/23/2021 6:45:46 PMI'm usually not vocal on here because I usually think it's unwarranted outrage. However I agree with all the critics this time. Bungie's solution is nothing less than pathetic. I thought they turned a corner when they said "we messed up on sunsetting" etc. Complete lip service. DTB (don't trust Bungie).
-
Let me preface this by saying that I largely agree with your sentiments. The extra steps seem annoying and specifically designed to extend the grind and make us just want to buy the Eververse version and call it good. However, I think that most people on here are making the grind out to be harder than it’s going to be. Get materials, grab a bounty, and get it done passively. You don’t need it done in a week, and do you really need 4 full armor sets worth per character as soon as possible. Just wait and see how long the bounties are, and then we can complain more. If they’re on par with the medal quest things, especially if it’s a 1-to-1 transaction, then it’s not going to be difficult at all.

1 RespuestaYou've forgotten the part where they let us know how it would work juuuuuust late enough that they can't change it. They'll 'hear' us, let us know they are 'listening', let us know it will be changed 'in an upcoming patch', and then we shall applaud and cheer.

Are you kidding me!? Open your eyes! The Vex still mourn the loss of the Nexus Mind. But for the Vex, time is relative. In one moment, a construct is lost. In the next, it is reborn. When a powerful part of the network is lost, the Restorative Mind is summoned. It has begun creating a bridge through time. A bridge that, if it is not destroyed, will see the Nexus Mind reborn.

Oh look an other intentionally over complicated system filled with brutal RNG and grinding. WhoTF is in charge of saying this is OK? Please get rid of that guy...
