PvP needs new modes and maps badly
Pvp is a very fun part of destiny. It’s what sets it alert from other games like it, having pve and pvp in a game is extremely fun. But pvp desperately needs new/returning modes and maps. Bring back old favorite modes like rift and such and make new divers maps!!! That with sand box changes and new weapons would light up the pvp in the game.

They should bring back the maps that are content vault. Why they even make a content vault. Stupiest thing ever besides sunsetting. They sunsetting everythimg because of this pinecable weapons, the just should have sunsetting this and we could have a lot of guns that we can use tho

1 RespuestaSeasonal map rotation is horrible. I am bored to play the same 6 or 7 maps each season, there are far more maps created in Destiny 2. And of course Bungie should develop more maps and bring them all in good crucible map rotation.

1 RespuestaPvP is not a fun mode at all for average and below average players like myself. always put with other weak players against strong players the in game lobby matchmaking always puts the top 4 players together. bad spawns into supers or next to the enemy players. which taking up to 3 deaths before being spawned with your teammates the whole is broken and needs sorting out so all players can enjoy playing the mode. radar needs to lose the delay and crouching players need to show up on the radar. make the game about gun skill and not scrubby guns like witherhoard or Jotunn. also players camping on there knees waiting around corners. Poor game mode and the worst PvP experience in any game. I only play it unless I have to

3 RespuestasIt's actually criminal that there aren't at Least 2 Europa maps. But honestly, I wouldn't gripe if they brought back more maps from D1, as they are all inherently better than most of the D2 maps. Asylum. Firebase Delphi. Memento. Icarus. Last Exit. Crossroads. Vertigo. Black Shield. Thieves Den. Skyline. Sector 617. The Dungeons. Timekeeper. All Great maps. All actually meant for 12 people as well.

1 RespuestaIt needs new modes as a deadly sick child needs new brand clothes! Fix huge lags and internet issues due to shitty p2p. Remove all cheaters or at least make some working anti-cheat! Make some balance to make game at least look like competetive (hello stasis!). And only after that think about new modes!

Agree. Fed up with small maps that just cater to shot gun rushers. They need variety. The map design has been stale in that way since D1.

Pvp is over in D2 2+ years since any new maps Over a year and half if not longer since we were told their was going to be a new focus on pvp , in directors cut. Nothing Half of all maps removed. Weapon balancing, and nerfing has not been as severe as in D1. Keeping the pve sandbox from hurting. Most weapons that are hit the hardest are weapons that are primarily pvp. Unless something drastically changes, from bungies standpoint, don't expect any great revitalization of pvp.

Pvp need a halo style mode (perfectly balanced) Pvp needs a small style BR/survival (doesn’t have to be a hardcore land n loot game) Pvp needs to have SRL on monthly rotation Also forge mode in destiny would be badass

Just recently started playing pvp again. I have to say, what a neglected mode. There is so much that they could do with this mode, especially the loot and progression systems. Maps, yes please. That’s just the start.

13 RespuestasI mean they did make a new mode called gambit and people complained about it so much they ended up nerfing it into a husk of what it was. If I was the devs I wouldn't bother with new stuff since every time they try something new this community complains about it constantly (see stasis and gambit). At this point the game not getting new and interesting modes can be put squarely on the shoulders of the whiners.

3 RespuestasGambit needs love too. I think the almost complete repetitiveness is what makes people hate it. They need to make it feel different and special every game. Like Crucible is different itself because of the players. Gambit is the same, wether it’s enemies or just the plain mechanics...

1 RespuestaImagine this; 10v10 flag runner in the flying EDZ place and the first encounter in the city of the scourge of the past raid. Vehicles and turrets included. It’s not competitive, but it would be a fresh. I’d be happy if it was just a holiday activity or something.
