Get rid of a lot of the enemies in the tank room and increase time when boss spawns fireballs making them less frequent. I think that would fix the nightfall and make it fun. I decided to go for The Conqueror title this season and the previous two strikes were very challenging but fun. This....this is a -blam!-ing nightmare and it just drains the life out of you. I’ve already attempted 13 times to no avail. I get that the title is for the “best of the best” and not to be handed out but this is just damn near impossible.
play outriders , it's the better game anyway with devs that actually listen to their player base and not just cater to their insufferable tryhards
with devs that actually listen to their player base and not just cater to their insufferable tryhards
Hilariously Pathetic...
-
yeah to say they had problems on day one like crashing on consoles because it happened to me and it felt like anthem all over again where they quickly lost me on day one so I vowed never again so quickly uninstalled the game
-
Can’t play outriders if I can’t login. Lul Yesterday was pretty fun though when I did get to play not gonna lie.
-
Agreed ,Outriders at least understands its a single player game with co-op. Destiny 2 is basicly a single player game, with co op but they want to pretend its an MMO so they leverage broken mechanics and terrible bullet sponge enemies to pad out the difficulty without actually making the game more interesting.
-
Oh wow! I’ve never heard this shitshow described that way yet! That oughta net ya a gold star! Good on ya!
-
Not gonna lie, cant tell if agreeing or sarcasm.
-
I agree! Don’t worry!
-
Destiny 2 is basicly a single player game, with co op
lol wut
-
It is. The main story is single character focused. The main character interactions are single character focused. Strikes are basicly a retread of single player content but with heavier padded enemies to 'require' a strike team. Gambit and PVP are tacked on, so it'd be like calling Halo 1 an MMO because it had PVP as well. The closest they get to a core multiplayer game is the broken puzzle mechanics they have in raids. And that could have been single player as well, and raid puzzle mechanics could have EEEEASILY been made single player / co-op withou the need for a fireteam with simple changes like v.o's. and cues.

Completely different games.

We have no clue how they are going to handle things in the future lol.
-
if you kept track of the beta theyve been very very very active.
-
if you kept track of the beta theyve been very very very active.
Yeah of course they have. Everyone kisses ass when they are trying to get your money lol Ive lost count on bow many companies were great at everything until a write a check. Then its a whole different story. Im not saying that will happen here. We just dont know. We literally cant know.

if you had a cash cow then you will milk a product till it runs dry

Given their history its a cointoss if the game makes it. People can fly did great work back with Painkiller and Bullet Storm, but theyve always been so much smaller than their compeditors. Again, its good with single player story + excelent fps mechanics.
-
Bulletstorm was bad so I stopped playing halfway through but give it months before outriders starts to dip in players when ran out of things to do and it drops further down on Twitch

Isnt it a third person shooter though? Or am i thinking of the wrong game here.

Full game not even out yet lmao. You that dude who ask a girl to marry you on your first date. Chill man, let her move in first. Test the waters trust me.

outriders has been out since yesterday 1st April
-
Ok. I stand correct. It’s really stood the test of time. Thanks for letting me know.
-
The private and open beta's been out for quite some time. If you look at their interactions with their community theyve been quite active.

As someone who has put thousands of hours into D2, I also second this motion. Outriders is so much fun, well balanced, loot is so customizable and is everywhere, the crafting system is well designed, all classes are viable in all activities, and the devs are incredibly transparent and vocal on their Twitter. Yes, launch day had some server instability, but they worked on it until it was resolved with constant updates. More than I could ever say for Bungie.
