You need to complete all of the seasonal challenges and we still have several weeks with more challenges coming.

I already got the seal and I got a msg on the screen saying go claim your reward. I went there and on the clam reward button under the emblem is not highlighted and I can't click on it?

The seal and seasonal challenges are 2 different things. If you've done the seal then you can claim buy the seal pin but the one you mentioned is for all season challenges.
