Bungie is not able to remove connected platform accounts from profiles.[/quote] As your Steam account cannot be authenticated, it cannot be unlinked from your Bungie profile. Your only option would be to move your active accounts to a new Bungie profile. Doing so would mean losing access to any redeemed codes for promo emblems that you may have, but you would be free of that dead Steam account. In order to unlink your active platform account, you would need to deactivate cross-save first; which you will not be able to do, as you cannot authenticate your Steam account. Read through the article linked below, fill out the contact form at the bottom, and fully explain your situation. Bungie staff may assist with deactivating cross-save, at their discretion (this is not guaranteed).
