What doesn't help is that they seem to avoid any kind of actual support to troubleshoot this stuff. They don't have people that players can chat with or even contact AT ALL, so it makes the situation look worse for them. And that leaves players like you and me to online forums that few people refer to to talk about issues that are overwhelmingly relevant in the game. That, and webpages that are very one-sided, regarding how to fix the issue THAT IS NOT ON OUR END. I can't say it any other way. Bungie Support may as well not exist, and I hate that the game still draws me to it, given the problems with it.
