When you are playing at a high level and the entire playlist from start to finish is top %’s of players it’s probably the most miserable experience in Destiny 2

Editado por A1CBeers: 3/22/2021 3:54:43 PMIt tries to match on Glory. If there's a low population in the playlist, matchmaking slowly expands the parameters until it finds someone so that players aren't stuck in matchmaking purgatory. Long story short, if you are lower Glory and playing those at or near 5500, you are in the playlist during low population times.

1 RespuestaYeah, I gave up on Unbroken because of this. I don’t like having to play every match like it’s the 7th win of a flawless card ALL the way from 0 to 5500. Nooooooo thank you.
-
So if I play bad the game will go ease with me?
-
Well if they're at 5500 and you're at 100, you get matched because your stats are similar to theirs, Glory rank means absolutely nothing in determining skill level of a player. All you'd do by matchmaking based off of glory is extend matchmaking times and create more unbalanced matches.

3 RespuestasIts based on both. If there are enough people queued up that is. They also use a some kind of dynamic stat thing that's meant to have you playing against others closer to your own skill level not just those at the same glory. Its comp..its meant to be tough.

3 RespuestasReally? Complaining about their being SBMM in a competitive environment? The whole point of comp is to be challenging, what exactly did you expect lmao.

2 RespuestasIt appears Bungie’s own statements provide contradictory evidence about whether Survival uses SBMM or CBMM. In the TWAB on 6/11/20, Bungie said Survival and Trials would remain skilled based because they claimed they wanted “to keep the stakes high.” In the 2/11/21 TWAB, Bungie noted that Iron Banner had been using connection-based matchmaking “along with the rest of Crucible, since June 2020.” The words “rest of Crucible” certainly seems to include the Survival playlist. If that was an error, they should say so. Survival currently lacks any kind of unique loot besides the Unbroken title, so the concept of “high” stakes seems odd, unless Bungie believes that Survival and Trials are the only playlists in which players care about winning.

Editado por X-LoganX: 3/21/2021 2:47:32 AMThere's not enough pvp players in the lobbies for any of their MM to work right. Good job CBMM and Stasis. (CBMM for just general pvp player pool)
-
Here's what you do, throw all your paper stats in the bin literally make them utter trash. Congrats now thanks to bunnies comp team "balancing" you'll be on the best player in the lobbies team every time.
-
Its barely even sb as it is there's not much they can do with it, plus pvp is free so why waste unnecessary time.
-
8 RespuestasIt's not difficult at all. Try pve ?

it matches based on both.

1 RespuestaPreferably on both, will take longer to find match, but if it means I get people at my skills range, its fine. If you look for people only based on skill, these guys could be popping of one match and then other one they will be thrown in 5500 lobby and will get obliderated. Match people based on glory, you'll get people who were caried by teammates or people who don't deserve to be as high as they are. That also slows down rank gain, because all top players can match noobs when its early in a season, you'll load into 2100 match and there will be guy who is 5500 every season.
