Missing content from deluxe edition season pass
While in game trying to obtain the hawkmoon i was prompted to purchase the deluxe edition upgrade. I did so not realizing I had already purchased the deluxe edition. However after purchasing the upgrade I’m still unable to access quest from the crow and continue to be prompted to upgrade to the deluxe edition. Can this be fixed and can I be refunded?

For the refund, you need to contact whomever you bought the game from. On your, Director go to seasons on the flag to the left hover over what season are ticked green? There are several prerequisites you need to do before Spider will offer the quest: 1. Unlock the Moon by completing the A Mysterious Disturbance story mission. 2. Unlock the Tangled Shore by completing the Last Call story mission. You will get this from the Quests Archive next to the postmaster in the Tower. 3. Complete the Cryptolith Lure quest, which is started by completing the Trail of the Hunted mission on the Moon, followed by the quest to complete your first Wrathborn hunt after getting the lure from Crow on the Tangled Shore.
