#help cross play character add
I created and linked my cross play account from ps4 to pc. I failed to add my characters. Is there a way to add them after I completed everything else?

4 RespuestasHello. You did cross save backwards and made your Steam account active instead of your PSN account. You can head over to [b][url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049498031]this article[/url][/b] and fill out the contact form at the bottom to request that Bungie switch your active save. Bungie goes through these reports in order that they receive them, and only during normal business hours Pacific Time.
