Decrease the number of Gambit ranks. The grind is ridiculous.
We shouldn't have to play hundreds of games a season to progress quests and challenges. There are too many ranks. Losses should give the same reputation that wins do. I'm tired of being punished because my teammates.
EDIT: I'm stuck at Mythic II because I've lost 8 games in a row. Great matchmaking.👍

The real problem is the abysmal drop rates of the Gambit weapons and the fact that the Gambit Engrams you get from Drifter dont drop Gambit gear. Im okay grinding up through the ranks but, the fact there's basically no loot tied to it except world drop gear makes it feel tedious and annoying.

3 RespuestasThe secret to winning is getting 25 motes banked first. Then you invade with a sniper and pick off the enemy players from a distance. Their motes will start to drain and usually they hide when someone invades. You either kill them or delay them from banking.

Just wait till you're at legend, you literally can't climb if you're losing unless you do bounties.

I lost 5 out of 6 after reaching Legend. I went from 7500 to roughly 14,500 and I haven’t played much at all this week. This was the week to make the bulk of your progress even if it was just bounties. Take advantage of the Triple Infamy while it lasts.

3 RespuestasI've said it before: My main problem is time to complete. The Ultimate Champion challenge took ONE Master NF to complete. That was 19 mins. The Infamy challenge is going to take hours...many hours. It makes no sense.

Look at weeks 6-10 https://braytech.org/, click on the third tile (Triumphs) under "Select your Character", then click on the third tile down on the left hand side to see "Seasonal Challenges" If these don't register the stuff you've already done then the grind is on. I already have a job. Have fun

It's too much even with 2x,3x or whatever it is. I like Gambit. But by the time I "do whatever", each season, I hate it.

They need to either make it retroactive or have it count sub-rank ups and have a similar rep requirements to crucible.

Yeah, playing a comp game when everyone isn’t on the same page and can be quite selfish is frustrating. Then there’s lag and players who keep invading over and over. And. Over. And. Over.

What grinds my gears is that we have a 2000 point rank up system for Crucible but not Gambit? Why not make the points system consistent across both? It must be weird and confusing for newer players :s
