Why did my 1307 pinnacle turn into a 1300 reward?
This is insane. In an attempt to solo flawless the presage I received my pinnacle reward as a 1307 umbral engram. When I went and turned it in at the helm, it went from 1307 to 1300. I needed this. How can that get fixed and how can I get my pinnacle reward back? Please help

I have also had my umbrals decrypting to levels below/above what they list as. My last one was a 1301, it decrypted to 1300.
