It's Master difficulty, it's supposed to be hard.
Accept the challenge, practice and overcome.

Or, better yet. Remove the timer, and let people do the master like a nightfall. Then it will be decent

Bunch of babies. Get good at the game. Did it first try and I’m nowhere near a PvE god 🤷🏻♂️

2 RespuestasSome people prefer to play solo and take their time. They shouldn’t have to deal with timers I’m not one of em. The story and quest missions suck and I can’t wait to get em over with. But I can understand why the timer could be an inconvenience
-
6 RespuestasI dont even care i got my catalyst and im never gonna play the mission again. My issue is the reward wasnt worth having a timer attached to it. Whisper of the Worm and Zero Hour, these were great with timers because Whisper and Outbreak were great rewards. But, im sorry the catalyst for dead mans tale was not worth having a timer on.

2 RespuestasSlapping a timer on a mission and calling it "challenge" is NOT something to be celebrated, my man.
-
3 RespuestasI agree but if they do cave and remove/extend it I think there should actually be some champions added in like one of the modifiers suggests
-
timer will stay, people whined about this for the whisper mission and the outbreak prime mission and nothing was changed.
-
Timers are not fun tho
-
Only thing i don’t get about the Timer in Presage Master is why it looks so big and sloppy unless the Timer in Whisper/Zero Hour. Besides that, i’m already used to it after trying to get Whisper Of The Worm’s Catalyst Solo (didn’t manage to get it).

Yup yup yup. I like the split. Normal no timer take your time learn where things are. For master I like you have to know where things are at and how/when you’ll face certain guys.
-
100% agree
-
I agree. A timer encourages mastering the mission, as the difficulty level implies. You have to earn that catalyst through practice and that’s how all good loot should be
-
2 RespuestasAgreed. I’ve heard complaints before about not being able to explore, and that an easy version with no timer should be added. Well here you go
-
Yep, game needs more challenging content. Most things can be done with both eyes closed and hands tied behind back. It feels nice when you actually have to try to earn new items.
-
Yeah really isn’t that hard or a mission if u got a half decent build
-
Nobody cares as much as you.

5 RespuestasWhy are we now in a hurry to finish the mission though? Is the derelict ship now going to explode? I understand the urgency of the compactor encounter. You only have so much time before you are crushed. There's no indication of urgency anywhere else though. Without a reason, it's just an arbitrary tacked on timer.

1 RespuestaYou don't get it! I don't like this thing, therefore it must be changed!! For god's sake I spent $10 on this 😭😭😭
-
They need to lower the timer or add champions.
-
2 RespuestasI hate timed missions unless there is context for it to be there. Like in outbreak. Have done every top tier endgame activity D2 has to offer and I personally really dislike the timers. The thing is I do not think they actually add any difficulty. It’s more of a nuisance that’s there to remind me to keep going, or I can no longer safely die or res. Especially for this mission. Should of made it 20 minutes or less if they are trying to make it harder with a timer. Would of preferred an array of champions, different puzzles, or modifier to add difficulty.
-
Absolutely. Especially considering the story and lore updates are also in the normal. Leave master difficulty for players who can master it.
