Take Stasis out of high lvl pvp
You can't even play comp/trials anymore because of stasis. Disable it in high tier pvp activities and make it actually enjoyable once more. I've had enough of having to use stasis to beat stasis

2 RespuestasThis game will die if they don't take stasis out of PVP. I don't think they are paying attention to their loyal players. I used to have a lot of friends who played destiny, but no longer. You can't be frozen and actually play. Very boring. I won't use. I now only play for the challenges and do not even try. Just use it to upgrade exotics.

Iron Banner is horrible because of Stasis. It sucks this season. It’s getting harder to login to play Destiny I’d never play if PVP disappears. I could care less about PVE.

It's not really stasis itself, it's the freeze mechanic. The most stasis should ever do in pvp is slow an opponent. Honestly, more than stasis though, peeking with swords and emotes along with how shit most of the map designs are and maybe a few outlier shotguns that can map you is really where the bulk of the problem lies.

Sure thing, just give warlocks the ability to suppress and slow in a light based sub class first.

The problem with stasis is that no one considered crowd control abilities in a game with very little crowd control. Supression allowed you to move and shoot normally and only Shadowshot slowed movement and suppressed but that was a super. Being slowed by stasis has all the benefits of Shadowshot plus lowers firing accuracy, slower ADS, slower weapon ready/stow, and has an instant effect on top of all that. That is not even considering freezing or the abilities/supers that are beyond over tuned. Stasis simply does to much compared to all the other light classes combined. The expansion should have been named "Buy Stasis or Else!"

2 RespuestasStasis likely has more adjustments coming it's way. Bungie will never remove a subclass from a mode permanently. They spent the time developing it. They won't lock it and let it go to waste.

They need to nerf stasis or buff light subclasses so it can compete with the freezing nonsense. This is what happens when they dont test their game before they bring it out. Make it so light classes take 50% less damage from stasis and less freeze duration. Its really hard to play crucible when ppl think they are better than you at the game cause they can abuse broken gameplay.

Stasis is a disaster in PVP. It’s ruined the fast paced game play. If you’re slowed or frozen you are DEAD 99% of the time. It’s BS Leave it for PVE I refuse to use Stasis anywhere.

Just hunter stasis, still way to strong and bakris makes it untouchable since it’s gains the effect of dodge
