I don't think iv'e ever seen you so angry... Havn't tried legend lost sectors yet this season.. The frustration..is..well..frustrating.from last seasons experience.. .i have shared and felt your pain tho.. I do hope you get what you want and then don't have to engage in the content again.. For me..champions need a rework..whether it their ability spam..or our ability to engage with them (with the weapons we wish to use)...either way..i do feel they need looking at..

  • I’m angry because the community has been complaining about this for over a year, and Bungie not only has done nothing to address this..... ...they nerfed the best weapon in the game for dealing with them. Not by accident. On purpose. So the result is the basic gameplay unravels from the mere act of playing content slightly underleveled. If it were just a matter of me not having fun? I would have simply stopped playing, and this post would have never been made. But the result is broken game play, that is the result of a targeted and intentional act based on a laughably broken design philosophy (I use that word loosely and generously) on Bungie’s part.

  • I agree with you Kellygreen..though this post my xp is most unlike your normal posts ... I have my own ideas for champions, but i feel they will never come to fruition (their design and interaction is too baked in to the game now).. What do you feel bungie could change?.. Appart from curated loadouts..and a tad less ability spam?.. By 'tad' i mean a lot..

  • To tone them down? Or as alternative approaches to difficulty? I’m actually quite happy with what they’ve done this season with the Devils Lair strike and the Battlegrounds. Increased enemy density is an organic form of difficulty, that alters combat by putting a bigger premium on crowd control and target priority. While still allowing players to find their own solutions to the tactical problem instead of having it dictated to them. Whereas what they’ve done with the Lost Sectors and GM Nightfalls mash the game flat and pigeon hole combat. (Cheese, Face-tank, or hide.)

  • Cheese, face-tank or hide.. I think you hit the nail on the head there..a little more choice on the players part as to how we engage the enemy would be nice... e.g. the enemy with the big gun has to reload, lets charge him now while he's vunerable. Hint hint bungie...ability spam is not challanging...it's boring and frustrating.
