I am already tired of battlegrounds.
If you really want me to go through this thing three to five times per ONE engram encoded: lose the three phase bosses and the (still) idiotic and restrictive champions. And the cabal airships on Nessus.
I'm rolling my eyes with every white shield I see and it's taking far too long to plow through the nine of these you think there's any reason for us to go through.
You can do so much better. And this is just... too damn boring with too much fiddly bullshit slowing it down.

2 RespuestasI was tired of them after about 3 times on each map. Sometimes Bungie does things so incomprehensible that you literally cannot imagine how they arrived at their decision. Like thinking people are going to do [u]NINE!!![/u] of these braindead, uninspired, mediocre slogs a week after they're old and stale and nobody needs powerful drops anymore.

4 Respuestasdon't like the cabal airships.. here's a tip.. SHOOT THEM DOWN. Here is another thing I have noticed after about 30 of these completed. To many people use their super on the FN BOSS.. use it on the ads and make your life easier, get through the ads, you get to boss faster to do the damage you need to move to the next wave of ads, super and back to the boss. EASY. Doing it the other way around doesn't make orbs for your team, doesn't get rid of the ads fast and prolongs the fight unnecessarily. Better strategy, better efficiency.

It’s week two of the season, relax. More battleground maps are coming. If you spent more time playing instead of complaining you may see that there are war table upgrades to increase the charges you get per run. But I know that asking this community to play the game is too much, everyone just wants free loot right off login with no effort put in

absolutely hate battlegrounds maybe if we could use the Hammer running them it would be different. Remember Archon's forge, now if it was like that, swinging those axes, it might be fun

24 RespuestasWhat i like about battlegrounds: *lots of enemies *can't just melt the boss *semi-decent rewards with the hammer Dislike: *champions, really my only complaint, I feel like they are really restricting my weapon types, i hate pulse and hand cannons which are necessary for this week's battlegrounds. Its not necessarily that champions need removed, its more that i think they should make each champion mod availabe for every gun. That way players really have a choice instead of being boxed in to a specific play style.

17 RespuestasThen don't play five of them in a row. Just because something is the most **efficient** way to play doesn't mean its the most **enjoyable** way to play. Play other parts of the game, and then come back. I played through the nine Battlegrounds over three days and found the experience to be fun. When you find that you aren't enjoying doing something LISTEN to what your gut is telling you, and go do something else for awhile.

10 RespuestasI have totally enjoyed the Battlegrounds, done 18 so far and looking forward to doing another 5 or 10 tomorrow. I just use a sword (Falling Guillotine) with Lucent Blade, submachine gun or auto rifle, hand cannon (Eriana's Vow). The Barrier Champions are the only ones I need a specialised weapon for sometimes, falling guillotine cuts nearly everything down, thus Eriana's Vow, this weapon is also good against the Phalanx. Can clear an area easy with my Titan solar subclass, fire everywhere haha. The bug where people cannot join in or you get stuck in a kill room needs to be fixed pronto. There are weapons that can be used to get more kills, but I enjoy what I enjoy.

1 RespuestaCan’t grind your face off then complain about being burnt out. You did it to yourself. There are upgrades coming that increase charges received, thereby reducing the number of battlegrounds you have to run.

I think it's fine, it just isn't super rewarding. I feel the activity needs more of an incentive to do it. Running through a couple of those to get hammer charges, only to be met with an empty engram slot, is disappointing to say the least.

I actually really enjoy battlegrounds fundamentally, they're like short strikes. Most of it is killing enemies, which is generally fun. I think part of the fatigue is only having 2 in the rotation, I'm looking forward to when there's 4. I do think part of the problem is that boss health and damage is scaled a bit high. It constantly feels like I'm just rushing in with a sword constantly to get a small chunk of damage to get instantly killed, respawn, and repeat the process. Most of the time, teammates aren't even helping kill the boss because they are afraid of dying. I think if they toned down the bosses just a tad, battlegrounds would be a more enjoyable experience.

I’m a free to play player so I don’t even have access to battles grounds but we were able to run it 2-3 times on each character (as a tutorial) before we were locked out of it. I was sick of it after my 3rd character. Lol. It’s the exact same thing as everything else in this game. The hammer where you smash open chests is the only kind of neat thing about it.

3 RespuestasTake a break then man, nothing stopping you. I would also suggest slowing down. Or if you want to crush out as much as physically possible, just accept that whatever you are doing, whatever the activity is, it'll get dull. Repetition breeds contempt, there is no way to switch it up so much that hundreds of runs won't begin to get stale. Also realise this is the first week of the season, there are 2 battlegroinds still to come, with different mechanics looking at the seasonal triumphs for each week. Personally, I find there is a lot of stuff to shoot and the rewards are decent. So I'm happy currently. Shooting stuff with mates and getting loot is why I play.

2 RespuestasGlad to see I'm not alone. This by far is the most disappointing season i have played to date, and that is including having played thru curse of Osiris. May actually focus on PvP and Trials this season because the PvE aspect is bland as -blam!-.

29 RespuestasDisagree. I love this activity. We don’t have too many activities when your butt is sweating from too many enemies coming at you. I even went back to my big hammer Titan class, which I have not used in a while. I am enjoying it as much as my new newly rediscovered scout rifle, Skyburners. I am taking this thing everywhere now! Thanks Cabal!
