Do spooky nightmare jesters get grouped in with clowns, or are spooky nightmare jesters their own category?

I'd group them together. Clowns, Harlequins, Jesters, Mimes, and other face painted fools and entertainers. Just as there are many Vampires like the chinese hopping ones and those with the long tongues. With their fancy names I do not wish to butcher.
