I have a theory that they intentionally make armor look terrible to increase ornament sales
I had the thought as a joke but the more I think about it, the more it makes sense.

13 RespuestasActually this is the reason why: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0gBopkRAmbs As far as I can tell, all of the animation in this game is done via motion capture. So making anything in the game is expensive and time-consuming. Especially things that require geometry changes to in-game objects. So Bungie tends to go with a particular theme....and then iterates on it over time. Which can be frustrating if you don't LIKE that particular theme.
