Not even mentioning we managed to dwell in the Black Garden while being completely un-corrupted. Then; and only then, will I bow.

We kicked the ass of Ghaul and The Red Legion, even after he'd stolen our Light. Then we knocked Xivu Arath back on her heels as Savathun and her pet Taken skulk in the shadows. Fact is that the Cabal need OUR Light in order to have any sort of a fighting chance against the Hive.... So WTF would I BOW to anyone who is desperate enough to show up and need our help.....but then arrogant enough that they think they can demand our submission and subservience WHILE DOING IT???. F*ck her and the ship she flew in on..... Either follow our lead...or shut up and get out of the way.

I wouldn't bow but there was definitely other ways to handle that situation Like maybe reason with her? Say that we are greatful for the aid, and would gladly fight alongside old enemies, but we are not your servants. Anything other than "HA no"

By saying "With my army and your light, the [b]CABAL[/b] will crush the hive" It kinda gives the idea that humans/guardians are just an afterthought to them, despite everything they have lost to the cabal.

8 RespuestasMeh not the precise wording I’d use but in gameplay terms having the destiny equivalent of a space marine on your side sounds fun. Lore wise Zavala since Warmind has just been repeatedly making terrible decisions (not avenging Cade and making the city appear weak, choosing to officially ban stasis creating the very divides he claims to want to prevent etc). And while I agree that the city probably shouldn’t blindly serve the empire it all just seems odd to me from a writing standpoint. I mean we’ve killed gods and ghaul but she acts like she could put up a fight with just some red legion grunts. Conversely Zavala seems fine with incurring the wrath of a power hungry warlord of a vast alien empire without considering the long term implications.
