It’s not always about speed. It’s more about quality/stability.

I know, but this is ridiculous, I've been a COD player before destiny 1 and destiny 2 and I never had this problem.
-
CoD doesn’t require the stability/quality that Destiny does. Have you done any stability tests on your connection to determine what may be causing any problem?
-
I had just one done, I have 0% packet loss on the upload and 0% packet loss on the download.
-
So you only checked for packet loss? How long of a test did you run it for? Was it ran while you were playing d2 on the device you are playing on? Did you check for any ping/latency/jitter issues? Are you on wifi or wired or hotspot connection?
-
I'm banned, I'm not putting my time in destiny for the sake of visiting a few planets.
-
You are not banned. You are restricted from pvp activities. Big difference in banned versus restricted.
-
Pvp is more then half of destiny content at the moment, I can't even play gambit. We have to realize that since the new expansion most of planets were removed from gameplay.
-
Pvp is certainly not half of the content. It may be half (or more) of what you play/enjoy, but it’s certainly not half the content.
-
I have my ps4 wired to router, and the test that I performed was on my phone using wireless internet and I was running the test for about 5 minute's. Should I run the test for longer?
-
Yes. I would go longer. I would also suggest running the tests using your ps while you are playing....as that will yield the actual (or fairly close) results of your actual gameplay connection.
-
Ok, that's good advice, and what number's should I be looking for in a stable connection? I will probably do it tomorrow, because is nearly midnight here. Thanks
-
You want 0 packet loss, latency/ping under 75, and I believe your jitter should be under 5 (I’ll have to research some jitter data to determine gaming norms).
-
Ping his 34, i also play APEX and never had issue of Ping
-
Apex (like CoD) isn’t Destiny & shouldn’t be used as a comparison.
-
Fortnite, APEX, ROGUE Company, all are online exclusive, if I can't compare destiny to any of them, what game should I compare destiny to?
-
To my knowledge, those games are not hybrid p2p network structured. Just because they are online games doesn’t mean you should compare them
