Sure why not. 500 is far too little 2000 spoils is a better number.

52 weeks in a year so 1000 would be a fair number to allow you to earn by the next expansion if your running one character , 4 months grind if you doing all 3 every week . But like everything the destiny playerbase would exploit it with security spoils farming non stop so I'd rather see the same protection system they used for anarchy last season .

Exactly. New exotics should be hard to get.
-
They already are... hence my post. Being part of a sherpa clan and watching new lights and strangers get it a few attempts in if not immediately is completely demoralizing. In the end game starved state we are in where the only driving factor for players like the one I made this post for are to grind a singular rng chance at an exotic it makes them LEAVE. They don’t stick around enjoying the same content again and again and again, they just move on. This is a symptom of a bigger problem but is a treatable symptom all the same.
-
I'm fine with RNG on exotics in raids. Bungie should not have put a seal on this exotic and left it as a rng drop.
-
Cool, so am I but their should be RNG protection after a certain point. You just writing it off because you have no problem with it is dismissive of the actual issues.
-
The only issue I see is Bungie making the seal tied to RNG. Other then that I dont see an issue with this raid exotic.
-
I’m sure you don’t because I’m sure you have it
-
I dont have the RL. I also dont care about seals either. Raid exotics should be hard to get not handed out like candy.
-
And they aren’t, having more insurance isn’t handing them out. Could tell the moment I saw your loadouts your just the type of elitist raider who could care less about others
-
How am I a elitist raider if I prefer raid exotics to be rare and not to be handed out? Having a exotic in the raid to me is incentive to run that raid.
-
It’s elitist to argue against insurance for gear that’s exclusive to the raid when the specific person in question has way more clears than yourself.
-
I'm done. Millennials always want things handed to them.

Okay boomer
