Get the CP for Taniks do that a couple times and log off for the week. Unless there’s something new like Hawkmoon. I used to grind gear for pvp, but with Sunsetting implemented and pvp in shambles I don’t do that anymore. Once my gear all becomes sunset I’ll be strictly a pvp player playing with only my old gear. It sure is a sad state of the game that I’ve played for seven years, but Bungie doesn’t care about their hardcore fans. They just want to sell content to newbs and move on. Since that’s the case don’t buy in anymore. Don’t give into the hype train that comes every season. Hopefully they realize what is good for the game and reverse course. If not the game is not worth our time and money anyways.

Bungoles is done making new content for this game, they’re just gonna recycle D1 content then call it quits. [spoiler]I wish they’d just sell the franchise[/spoiler]

The problem with all this anger and resentment is that it likely will not translate into decreased product purchases from bungie including eververse. Thus, it will be a waste of energy and an exercise in futility.

Nope sunsetting was what bungie did so they don’t actually have to make new weapons just put new perks on it and now it’s new that’s the life of this game now

18 RespuestasThe energy on this is electric. It never stops. Keep at it. I believe they are not gonna do that soon. They are after your Money. I, on the other hand, have sunsetted D2. You should sunset it too. Been playing D1, the better version of Destiny, in my opinion. I know some of you have a hard time leaving the game. That's understandable. We all love the game. It has become an integral part of our hobbies. If you stay, then stay. I'm warning you though. It won't get any better. You have to change the way you look at loot because they have become disposable loot. The things you've earned will magically disappear in "Fantasy Land" while you keep throwing money at the screen. If you like these kinda stuff, then go for it. Stay in that hamster wheel. But if you quit, you will have a "renewed focus" on things that really matters to you. Your gaming hobby that is meaningful to you. The power is up to you. Not me, not them, but you. It's all up to you. Your Move!...

8 RespuestasAt the very least they need to stop sunsetting armor, or increase the returns on materials from dismantling Masterworked gear. Heck, what if you could just infuse Masterworked gear into new gear to make it fully Masterworked, but at a greater cost? We're still encouraged to grind for gear, but we're also not feeling penalized for investing into gear.

They'll never go back. Its a great way to keep giving us the same guns and armor but with a different icon and new light cap on them. So less pressure on them to make new weapons and armor. "Hey remember warmind? Here have those weapons and armor back, at least until next season"

7 RespuestasI have an idea to soften the blow of sunsetting. Sent this to Bungie in Feb 2018 before we had a collections tab or random roles: Hey Cozmo and Team, I had an idea for loot and end game. Why don’t you guys create a weapon and armour collection board? You could then re-introduce random roles to drop on armour and weapons (like D1). The random perks that role with each duplicate unlocks the roles you can choose to recreate the weapon / armour from the board at 3 Power. You can then infuse the level up with higher level gear. This would create a chase for popular / elusive perks, satisfy collectors and also finalise a definitive solution to vault space. Also please bring back the sparrow and ship collections board? 4 RespuestasWhat I would like to see happens is a complete revert of sunsetting. That means bringing back all strikes, crucible maps, guns...ETC. Reworking all guns and armor and bringing back all planets and reworking all planetary vendors and loot. That would require a complete overhaul of the loot pool and making new content and rewards for each planet. I would like to also see a weekly raid challenge. Strike/ nightfall specific loot. Rework of stasis and trials of Osiris, and making adept weapons feel awesome. New strikes and crucible maps and also destroying all the cheaters on PC. I think that about sums it up to start. Will it happen lmaooo nope.

2 RespuestasI keep saying, they should turn off the weapons and armor at the end of each season, eliminate everything we have got from weapons and armor, start the new season with blue weapons, that way it would be more motivating
