I have to say. Since the light cap on armour and guns then having same guns redone. There is no point playing for awesome stats. No point investing time upgrading. It can take forever to get a great roll then in a few months its on the down slope to being a waste t only have a repeated cycle of pure time wasting. Light cap would have worked great with static rolls. That forces each season a new set to explore but this game is a cluster muck these days. Half developed stories plans ideas then introduce new stuff to only leave the last stuff half completed but hey let make sure we patch the glitch in the raid walls. Trials sucks anymore and adept guns dont mean crap or are even worth the crappy roll you get then its a chore to grind for more rolls so shy waste my life on crap to have it obsolete then look back on my life and ask why I wasted it for some game that will always force you to keep wasting time. I still play and do like the game. Just sad and only really worth investing time in one character these days.

4 RespuestasYou are right, sunsetting is bad and turns the game into a waste of time Any good roll has an expiration date,so why even bother in the first place

Survival is my favourite PvP mode now. 6v6 with stasis is too hectic for my liking, and Trials is too sweaty. I saw they’re adding something to the unbroken title next season so that will keep me entertained as I enjoy it in there anyways. I wouldn’t mind a pinnacle gun in there or just a or skin for the seasonal gun like Adored. I think maybe being able to reset your level would be good, so you can help friends but I’m not sure if that would cause more issues with sweats resetting for easy games 🤷🏻♂️.

2 RespuestasI've been running a little experiment with an alt account. This character didn't even have a sparrow to begin with. I've progressed all the way to 1264 (in 3 weeks) and have run the raid multiple times with basically no MW gear and no mods other than back up mag. I feel just as strong as my main account. So MW 'ing is really not necessary. And yes having more mods can make it easier but also not necessary. the armor, really you just need some good 60+ drops. I'm wearing IB - helm, Raid gauntlets, New Monarchy - chest piece, Dead Orbit - legs. (raid cloak if your wondering) I can hit 70 mobility, 70 resilience and 60 intellect, the others are around 30-50 - no mods, no mw. So sunsetting armor not a big deal. Once you've attained the item it can be transmoged (we'll see) into an ornament, so really its about base stats. The biggest area of need for this character was some good weapons and a great DPS'ing heavy. Fixed by buying Sleeper and then attaining Xeno - which was easy to rerun the quest to get. (saving up for Anarchy) So inconclusion WEAPONS make this game, without good ones the struggle is real. And so long as they replace the ones they sunset with equal or better I'm ok with it. But the lack of variety is clear. P.S. the only mods I really miss are power friends and boss spec. Cheers Wook

1 RespuestaHow many armor roll higher that 60 do you think I have get with 20k pvp token? Only 1 at 63, the rest 55. This game is broken to the bone. The introduction if stasis in pvp was the last stupidity of Bungie for me. The game is no fun anymore, the lack of proper matchmaking is killing the game for me. Players are not playing the mode, playing for themselves, the gap between players are very often imbalanced. The special ammo for shotgun is broken. Slide shotgun all over the place. This is not a shooter anymore with the no talent stasis . Add that sunset because console cannot run pc game properly = your game is dead for me. The great new is the game is free to play. Did bother to play a dime since it is free to play except for 1 season. Good job bungie, please hired competent person, go back to activision and remove stasis from pvp forever.

9 RespuestasIt's the same point there always was.

They think people play less once getting that god roll gun or high stat armor but it’s quite the opposite. I love that masterwork feeling. It makes me wanna flaunt that rng!

1 RespuestaI like the idea of sunsetting weapons, but not armor. It takes so much more to masterwork and hard to get rolls I like.
