Warframe is a great game, the only issue being the game becomes extremely lacking and has very little endgame for veteran and long time players. I've been playing Warframe for over four years, and I can tell you that DE (Digital Extremes) has turned into Bungie at this point with how they're treating the game.

  • This is the problem, people say they want "endgame" but scream murder if there's anything cheesing the game or too strong getting some nerf to dial back the power. Hek, even a slight change on projectile drop off on catchmoon (not even touching any stat I tell you) is enough to make people melt and screaming DE nerfs anything OP and fun. And as always, I have questions that up until now barely anyone can give a satisfactory answer - What is endgame? - How do you balance endgame with range from 300% strength chroma to 40% strength loki? - What kind of reward that is "rewarding"? All I get is only the same "mode that push you to your limit" that makes me go "push you to your limit my ass". Anything a bit tougher? DE NERF THAT! Enemy can put you into a hard situation? DE IT'S UNFAIR! All I see is the same "endgame" buzzword that only to stroke DPS/nuke ego while leaving anything that isn't that to collect dust. Even railjack that needs a little coordination like what endgame usually has gets complained for "not solo player friendly"

  • Before you can just blast through enemies like nothing with its insane damage no matter the range with virtually no damage falloff, making it the popular chamber with 50% usage. DE simply made the projectile has falloff, means it's a high damage, short range kitgun chamber and everyone loses their mind, screaming DE destroyed catchmoon when no other stat touched.   • I don't think anyone could compare to Bungie literally self-destructing the core game. I get the end of the road can make it all feel daunting, but even after I hit 30 and collect everything, I still have so much with skin builds and Captura that I want to do. I don't know, it just feels never-ending.

  • I guess it depends on how you play the game. I was a collector, basically I'd grind for every prime in the game non-stop. There's so many times I can put up with endless activities and endless events (Scarlet Spear for example) before I get drastically fatigued from the game. If they were to ever bring back stuff like the Void Key system (The Void Relic system is complete ass compared to the Void Key system) which they never will, or the Raids which I doubt they would, then my opinion of the game would drastically alter for the better.

    Yes. Void keys weren't an overly grindy mess compared to the relic system. Granted, we'd lose the RNG manipulation, but I rather take a system that's fun compared to overly grindy and a pain in the ass.

  • Not sure where's the fun part of sitting in the same mission for hours until you finally get the one rare thing you're chasing when you can grab your teammates' rare drop from relics. And keys were overly grindy for that reason. You can use a key just to get more keys and common items. I for one not going to repeat that 80 waves defense just for ash prime blueprint only to meet more keys I rarely use and prime junks after all of that

  • For you, they were fun but for me, it's tiring and boring sitting in endless mission. Just saying I'm not doing 80 waves defense again to get an item, if you like doing endless missions, good for you.
