Rogue chuckles as you arrive at the end of the hole. "Welcome to Arcadia." Inside the mountain is a sprawling metropolitan city. It's in chaos.

[i]Nova gazes at the city with a hurt look.[/i] [i]"Let's go find Maroth."[/i]
-
"I have a feeling Maroth will be heading for the vault. It's at the center of the city."

[i]"Let's kill a god."[/i]
-
Rogue whips out his rifle. "See you at city center." He says, firing his rifle. He disappears.
-
[i]Nova teleports to you. She stumbles and almost falls.[/i] [i]"I should really be more careful. Anyway, let's go."[/i]

Rogue heads into a skyscraper. About a dozen men in red robes occupy the lobby. "Hey!" Rogue yells. They all turn to face him. "Sup, losers?"

[i]Nova appears behind you.[/i] [spoiler]That's got to be scary as hell. Some dude comes up, about to kill you. Then, a 14 ft tall monster also comes up. I'd probably scream like a girl.[/spoiler]

"ORC!" One yells. Some of the followers bring out guns, others draw swords or axes. [spoiler]Same, then run for the nearest exit[/spoiler]

[i]Nova draws her sword and walks forward.[/i] [i]"Orc? Orcs are nothing compared to what I'll do to you."[/i] [spoiler]Yeah[/spoiler]

The follower answers by firing his gun.

[i]A bullets catches Nova in the arm. She stumbles but gets back. [/i]

Rogue fires at one of the followers, hitting them in the head.

[i]Nova leaps towards one of the men and slams her sword in the ground. The man burns, and falls.[/i] [spoiler][i]Boom! That's a headshot, son. I'm a call of duty pro.[/i][/spoiler]

Rogue continues dispatching other followers from afar.

[i]Nova kills the remaining followers. She inspects the bullet holes in some of their heads.[/i] [i]"You're a deadshot with that rifle. No wonder you're a Rogue."[/i]

"Heh. Thanks." Rogue pulls out a key from his pocket. "Once I put this into the elevator's console, it should take us down to the vault."

[i]"I could try to sneak up on him. Might work if you distract him."[/i]

Rogue laughs. "Oh, I can distract him, all right."

[i]Nova pats you on the back.[/i] [i]"Then's let go kill Maroth."[/i]

Rogue steps into the elevator.

[i]Nova also steps into the elevator.[/i]

Rogue inserts the key, and the elevator begins descending.

[spoiler]Sorry, I was busy getting steam rolled by shotgun apes in IB...[/spoiler] [i]Nova doesn't say anything as the elevator descends. She toys with a small skull.[/i]

[spoiler]Same, using scout rifles during IB = pain[/spoiler] Elevator music starts playing.

[i]Nova looks at the speaker where the music is playing. She rolls her eyes.[/i]
