Rose shouldn't be sunset
My main reason is because its basically paired to an exotic. When you are getting Lumina you also get rose to "upgrade to Lumina". I know its not paired to an exotic like Drang or Mida-Mini tool, but its paired to Lumina because you start off with it and it evolves into Lumina. In the lore it is also paired with Thorn because rose also becomes thorn. There are already so many sunset things but its dumb that rose is sunset too. And it most likely wont become meta in PvP because it has not-good-rolls. I hope it gets un-sunset, it is currently my favorite hand cannon, yet I cant use it in trials.

Sunsetting is why I lose interest in this game. I play for a little while and then I'm done. I never lost interest in D1 (except a little while during Dark Below, because of sunsetting). It's not fun to grind for new weapons and gear when you know they'll be obsolete in a year.

You can thank the exotic kiosk for making quests with specific weapons tied to it worthless. Now if you want a rose-like weapon but without outlaw....well Lumina is the replacement.

I really hope they un sunset the rose it was a really well balanced hand cannon with a light weight frame an an it a Legendary gun an we finely get it an get to see what it looks like an how good it is an u take it away

Just use the iron banner handcannon, all you need is some range perk on it and its suddenly a god roll. Imagine dealing full damage from a handcannon at 50 meters? Thats almost scout rifle territory lol

Tbh none of the pinnacle, ritual and unique weapons should be sunset. It makes no sense that they are. I mean, blue rarity weapons and armor are not sunset, but these super strong weapons are. Like what the actual heck?

Does it matter it doesn't require being 1250 to level up into the exotic. And the only pvp game modes the sunset affects is Iron Banner and Trials. So you still use it.

You also cant do the quest to upgrade it to lumina anymore since we dont have mars. You get lumina from the kiosk, Rose's only purpose is being a decent handcannon.

ummmm you could just use a Dire Promise, Jack Queen King or even a Nations of Beasts Or ya know, you could just use the Lumina This seems like a really dumb thing to complain about.....

The hand cannon does pretty well in pvp. I use it with the catalyst to buff my entire team before pushing a capture point.
