Got a solid set from iron banner that I will wear all year. I’m good on armor. Probably the easiest method, and personally I like the Titan set this season. Closest thing to the taken king IB armor set with the right shader.

Well granted, I had a few thousand iron banner tokens to turn in before the first iron banner even started. Most of my drops were over 60 stat roll. Ended up getting the 100 int 100 resilience build I like for crucible with citan’s ramparts. Also a solid build for pve. Idk what to tell ya. I guess raids give you a shot every week as well as the dungeon. Have you already pulled all the high stat rolls from your book? Not sure if they had the stat rolls you were looking for.

I also had just one useful drop from IB about 65 and then got same duplicate again (what are the chances?). Haven't done raid yet but hearing from what others have said the raid isn't a better rng pool either. Its equal hit and miss. Better grind has been the empire hunts in some cases but all focus is on strength in my drops with sub 5 mobility or intellect. Its bad luck I suppose but with rng you can't expect much in this game.
