There needs to be a way to disable graphical bloom.

I have a friend who has a disability that means bright flashes, particularly bloom, is at minimum a horrible migraine if exposed for not much time at all. Bungie does not have a way for people to disable Bloom, and the usual methods (i.e. Reshade) are blocked/get you banned. For purely accessibility reasons, please, there needs to be a way to disable bloom.

  • As someone stated below, the blue light from electronic displays is harmful in general. Exposure to this kind of light is highly disruptive to melatonin production and sleep patterns. People should stop using electronic displays hours before bedtime. If your friend is sensitive to the point of migraines, he should invest in a pair of amber, blue light-blocking glasses. These can cost $50-75, but are worth it if he can't game without blinding headaches. I get migraines too, and while I'm nowhere near as susceptible as he, I can certainly sympathize.
