It appears as though they cant find a profile to load, as even on the website it hasnt been able to pull up my guardian/classes

Can you guys confirm or deny if you had cross save? Lots of people suggesting some kind of bug relating to it

I will say that it is character related on their side where they have the character data stored. They need to make sure all of them are up and on it has to do with the app as well it’s like they forgot to flip a switch alot of players on multi platforms are having this issue

I would wait until all maintenance is done generally around 4 pm est to try to log back in . It might be that some of that maintenance is taking place on one or more character data servers or in their database as a whole. Will wait and see in about 45 mins or so

Chances are I won’t be online then been sat at the playstation for 4 hours, this evening has been lost haha

Yep it’s what I said in a different thread someone forgot to flip a switch. I would agree it’s in the character save area of their server at least they know where to look now to wait and see if they do

I don't have cross save and I'm having the same issues. PS4 only.
