The #Help forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. However, there is a process in place for you to appeal your ban or restriction.

This is not an option. Your game servers are worse than my home server. Instead of banning us for 2 months, you can simply ban us for 1 week or 3 days. In 4 months of my activity, I saw the same switchlag guy 5 times, and each time we received ddos attacks. But holy Bungie bans us for their own ignorance. Maybe you will start opening your eyes and check what is wrong with the community and so many players who have been banned? We paid for your game and your season to PLAY, but not to getting rekt by other laughing cheaters and their instant kicks and restrictions programs. If you can't solve your problem, maybe you can lower your punishment? If you can't even do that, give me back my money. I can definitely sue you for taking my money and not letting me play.

1st time just a warning. 2nd time a warning and a 2 week restriction. 3rd time a warning and a 2 month restriction. 4th time no warning and a permanent restriction.

I havent got any warning :) even in first time. No one did warn me about this matter. They have restricted my account over nothing. They dont care about people who banned and restricted. 4th time is 4 month restriction not permament restriction.

then they will restrict me again over nothing again :) . So there is no reason to play my end game account anymore. Imagine how much time and grind i did in this game and i am losing them over nothing. Just because of bungie's unprofessional decisions.

It’s never for “no reason” (although Bungie has every right to do so....it’s not in their best interests however).

But in fact, it is for no reason. My internet connection is fine. I am getting banned because people immediately switchlag and kick me. There are tons of videos to check out. Even Counter-Strike updates the blocking time every month so that people can get 30 minutes even after almost 1 month of no blocking. But not Bungie, lol.

#FakeNews. False reports mean nothing. Bungie investigated each set of reports. So if no infractions occurred, no punishments are issued.
