I Got banned yesterday for unstable internet connection for two months which came to a shock as I have been waiting on this DLC and trials especially to release but now I'm banned over something I can not control which hurts because this is my favourite game so may I receive a refund? as I'm being locked out of content or potential quests for a DLC I purchased (Beyond Light)
