Normally I like streamers. Frost, zk, panduh, gernader, sird, etc. Even aztecross lol. But Gladd is acting a bit entitled here. My man just mad he got worlds 33rd 😂

They ALL have their entitlement moments lol. They make me laugh. Congrats, you’re god’s gift to video games.....now what?
-
Eh Frost just claps people in Quickplay with no thumbs and thinks hes a god. Panduh? Mad respect. One of the best mechanically skilled players out there.
-
Gernader is a dick
-
Agreed, he finished down the list, behind unknowns or lesser streamers and is basically, a sore looser. Less players on day one means more likleyhood he wins.. plain and simple, its $$ to him.
-
How does that make sense at all? Less completions wouldnt mean less competers would it?
-
Less players running the content leaves less competitors. He wants it far harder and that will mean less players who can access. In previous raid races, less time was provided prior to the raid to get ready, it was done on a Friday not a Saturday, all factors leading to more players getting in and attempting the raid.

"He wants it far harder and that will mean less players can access" How?? If people had the same amount of prep time how would any less people have access?. Ofc there are many factors that went into the amount of completions. Everything that allowed more players to ATTEMPT the raid is good. But why not have the raid be more difficult? With new mods like warmind cells why was the difficulty not turned up even more?
-
Normal people don’t have time to grind for hours a day. That shit isn’t even fun.
-
Ok cool? then don't try a day 1 attempt. if you cant grind for hours on one single day. then don't expect to clear a day 1 raid???
-
Not everyone has access to those cell mods.
-
Not everyone has access to those cell mods.
If you are attempting a day 1 raid you should atleast have global reach. And if youre attempting worlds first you should have most of the mods
-
Or, since D2 is F2P, BL is a new dlc that starts you off at 1050, and getting 1230 in 2 weeks isn't that difficult, it's pretty plausible many wouldn't have them. It's not ideal, but would be pretty gatekeepy to prevent you from raiding without certain mods.

Im not saying that you shouldnt attempt it and maybe even complete it. But Is it not reasonable to balance a raid around endgame builds?
-
Not saying it can't be a mix. But having 2 season old mods shouldn't be necessary. That's all. Besides, isn't bungie busy having such hard-ons for "inclusion". Would be pretty non-inclusive to say people can't attempt if you're not a vet/long time player

Right now I honestly dont know how you get those mods without buying them from banshee. It wouldnt be saying you cant attempt a day one/wf. But rather if you dont have top of the line builds you are heavily handicappinh yourself.
-
Yeah, you gotta essentially wait for Banshee to sell them. Which, maybe, is what these asshat streamers SHOULD do. "It's soooooooo easy." Take off those mods then. Use weapons that AREN'T god rolls and top tier. Don't use the new busted sword or old busted sword. You want hard content but bungie isn't cutting it? Make it a harder challenge yourself.
-
This 100% 👍
-
They should also try playing on console “Hi streamers, we haven’t met, my name is recoil”
-
"ew, you plebs play on 30fps. Gross. -blam!-ing trash." Also them: "WUT DA FUK WIT ALL THIS FLINCH BUNGO! FIX DIS SHIET. I CANT GET KRISPY SNIPS."
-
Players shouldn't have to make a challenge for themselves. A good game provides players with a challenge (Unless the game is not about challenges at all ofc).
-
But if it isn't challenging enough for you, stop crying like an entitled streamer -blam!- and start using shit that isn't OP. "Oh God, content too EZ. I grinded for 32 hours a day and have all the god rolls and this game is ez now."
-
god rolls dont solve mechanics. Raids are supposed to be the PINNACLE pve content and yet they're a joke unless you run all white weapons.

is it really hard to figure out that if its hard, he spends more time raiding and less time is available for others to copy what they are doing and be successful themselves or is deduction difficult but, reading is easy. If the raid is more difficult, less will gain early access, less incentive to run a difficult raid. Look at Garden and LW, both far more difficult and has turned a lot of the community away from raiding. Early adoption of a fun, accessible raid to more of the community is easily guaged by the quick clear of the raid on day one, followed by more players seeing that it is easier, shorter and can put the actions of the winners in play to get the same day 1 clear.

If you have to watch a stream of it whats the point in doing a day 1. "Less will gain early access" How?? Please explain why any less people would have access. I agree that there should be a kind of introduction raid thats easier. We kind of had that with scourge actually. But that doesnt mean we shouldnt have hard raids. Dont forget that raids are the pinnacle end game. TL:DR More people attempting raids = good. Raids could use more difficulty though due to players getting better and characters getting stronger. Raids are supposed to be hard
