If the lacklustre seasonal content and armour designed by some failed Vivien Westwood wannabe are any indication? I highly doubt even the removal of f2p at this point would change anything other than a significant population drop. The main reason for the DCV and sunsetting was to gut the availability of fp2 content and push players into the dlc and seasons, you see any uptick in that content/loot quality?
