Uldren. And now that he’s back and standing literal feet away from the Spider, I have words for the BOTH of them...
English
-
Hey! You leave Crow alone.
-
I’ll never leave Uldren alone. Not while he’s still alive.
-
Guess it’s good Uldren is dead then!
-
Wait...
-
Nope. He’s still alive.
-
Pretty sure he isn’t......
-
Pretty sure he’s literally standing just a few feet to the left of the Spider in the Shore. He was just told he has a different name and a different life. But we all know what he did. Even if he doesn’t.
-
Hm? Who.....ooooh, you’re talking about Crow! He’s not Uldren! Uldren died in the Watchtower!
-
I’m talking about Uldren. The same Uldren i shot dead in the Watchtower. The same Uldren that was brought back by that little purple idiot of a Ghost...
-
Hm....Uldren wasn’t brought back. He died. Crow uses his body though!
-
Uldren was brought back. Crow is Uldren, but you’re too blind to see it.
-
His good side is back.
-
His what??? Back?? It was never there in the first place.
-
You’re gonna hate me then, I’m glad Uldren got rid of the most corporate character in Destiny. I always got the impression he was written around a board table as a bunch of suits with charts decided what would be the most successful with a target demographic. He just felt soulless. Funny, but soulless.
-
He was literally the MOST soulful character of the Vanguard. Zavala doesn’t have his soul or his character. Ikora doesn’t. Cayde was unique.
-
Dont insult ikora, shes kinda hot

Editado por RapturousRex: 11/26/2020 10:08:44 PMBeing the smartest brick in the wall doesn’t mean much when you’re still as smart as a brick. The bar is so low with the others that he’s a breath of fresh air. On his own though? He’s bland and kind of a lazy effort. He’s a tick in the box that was decided by ‘this type of sarky smart mouth character tests well with this demographic’. They never actually expanded him outside of that, and then made the fan service mistake by ignoring the fact these characters are great in small doses. Then there’s the whole thing about him supposedly being this great hunter, yet his actions prove otherwise, to quote Failsafe ‘Cayde’s dumb’. Against actually well written characters he’d be a side note. The new idea of making up for ones mistakes is kind of interesting, but I honestly don’t trust them to actually do anything with it.
