I’m trying to get in touch with bungie this cross save feature it shouldn’t take me 90 days if I want to deactivate since I bought some silver I spent it on Xbox already now I gotta wait and I can’t use my account come on man 90 days that’s literally when the season is over! Can someone please resolve this issue I literally can’t play them game now I’ve played for 6 years I seriously do not want to start over!!!!! Please man smh

4 RespuestasIf the issue is you set up cross save backwards and simply need to swap your XBox account as the cross save account instead of Steam, then please head to this page, https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099 and scroll to the bottom where you will find a Contact Form button link. Click it and fill out the information requested to submit to Bungie for them to swap which account is primary.

1 RespuestaThe 90 day lock out is a security feature to protect Bungie and us the players. Sorry there is no exceptions to this policy.
