Pretty much yeah. From reading this thread it seems like even the casual and average/below average players don't like it though. The only people who seem to actually like it are A. The people who defend bungie no matter what they do, B. The people who think crucible is a competitive game of chess and that stasis is counterable by "playing smart" aka not taking any engagements since you can get frozen at a moments notice and C. the people who always have hated crucible and want it to be a mess just to make everyone hate it like they do.
