Stasis has broken crucible as suspected. No way bungie play tested stasis through. Pvp is a complete mess.

They did. I think Bungie has finally accepted that one sandbox can’t serve two master. A balanced Crucible breaks Pve (see vanilla D2). A fun to play loot game in pve, breaks balance in pvp. Pve is the engine that drives this game (again see vanilla D2). So I think Bungie is favoring pve, and is willing to let the Crucible become a wild blend of gunskill and build strength. Which is how most MMOs and RPGs handle pvp.

It would be more believable that they did competent testing if Bungies(not mods or ninjas) did not go around deleting posts that have called out the testing team for the last month and a half. Posts that in no way break code other then "hate speach/disrecpectful" cited disrespectful to the company for moderation. From multiple sources.

Stop defending them, they didn’t play test ToO when it first came out and didn’t notice surviving 2 dawnblade hits was okay. Now they allow the ability to freeze people with no consequences and dont get me started on what happens when you get ability synergy via discipline and strength

I’m defending [i]common sense.[/i] No company of Bungie’s size and longevity is going to ship a major product without quality testing it. Bugs and glitches may slip through, but what they’ve done with stasis is a conscious choice. If you don’t like it, then tell them. But insisting that they shipped this without testing it accomplishes nothing of value.

Particularly during vanilla D2, because pvp player basically left the franchise (PUBG and Fortnite were blowing up) and didn’t come back until Forsaken dropped.

Here's KG who plays a cpl matches of Control every 3 months playing Bungie's spokesfool. Get over yourself. Intentional or not, it is a distinction without a difference. PvP, like PvE, like Bungie's vision, is a mess. BL proves it - Activision couldn't get off this ship fast enough. Destiny IS in it's death throw. Here come more shanks, wait is that Aetheon? Yawwwwn.

I mean its different from probably 50 people play testing vs. 100k players. What is seen okay in there eyes doesn’t mean its okay in our eyes and vice versa.

Yeah man i know but wow. Who at bungie thought this was a good idea for pvp? I played pvp for 3 hours last night. Trying to check out changes to the weapons and sandbox. Stasis makes it kind of impossible with all the freezing mechanics going on. Primary gunplay took a big hit thanks to stasis.

Sad part is they are gonna nerf stasis for all classes to the point of being absolutely worthless, im talking nova warp levels of nerfing, just because they don't know how to play test or make sandbox changes to only pvp gamemodes and leave pve stats alone.
