Hey there. Players experiencing issues with their DLC content on Xbox should follow the below steps to manually reinstall all add-ons:

I’ve have actually tried that a few times and I’m still stuck in the same situation. The game keeps telling me to buy the deluxe edition

Records show that you only own the base edition, not the deluxe edition.

@BNGHelp6 I have the DLC and cannot even play the campaign. It keeps telling me to buy it again. Steam said this is a Bungie issue. Please help he this is a one of the worst experiences and getting help for the issue is even harder! I have Reinstalled the whole game and ensured all DLC is installed and still no luck.

Yes hello I'm having an issue and have not been helped in the past two days! For some odd reason my Xbox is telling me that I preordered the Deluxe Edition for Beyond Light but I can't even access the season pass or campaign. I don't know what the problem is but I need help fixing it. I have some of my preorder bonuses such as the Beyond Light emblem, the Rimed Shell ghost, and the Freeze Tag emote. Clearly I did preorder the DLC due to this proof of these items existing in my inventory. Then why can't I play the campaign? Why can I not access the season pass? Please, explain to me what the problem is or I will be demanding a refund of the $70 I paid for this DLC.

Yea I did that still can’t play the rest of the campaign. How is it that u can play a few missions perfectly fine yesterday but all of a sudden I don’t own the dlc and can’t play it any longer? Please fix this

that's the problem I went through the PlayStation refund system I cannot refund the add on because i made the purchase for the pre order four months ago so I would like a new code or just a straight up refund for my purchase.

In the xbox store there is no record of my ownership of this game. I never received a redemption code. So here's a stupid question - do I actually need a redemption code or should xbox have just unloocked the game for me after I purchased the collector's edition?
