Hey there. Players experiencing issues with their DLC content on Xbox should follow the below steps to manually reinstall all add-ons:

Please note that if you are game sharing you won't be able to share Season Passes.

My friend Bought Beyond Light (Deluxe Edition) to which i gameshare with him but we both have beyond light installed but have no access to Beyond LIght or the bonuses

Hi. Records show that you are game sharing Beyond Light. Season Passes can't be game shared and can only be applied to the main account that owns Beyond Light. Game sharing is a platform feature and is not officially supported by Bungie. The successful game sharing of expansions or other licenses was always coincidental, and Bungie makes no effort to provide consistency for players with these platform features. The Season Passes are tied to the main account and can't be shared, so you would have to stop game sharing and purchase the Digital Edition to receive your Season passes.

Microsoft doesn't charge until a week or so before the release for preorder games. It's never taken from your account immediately.

I still cannot access my Season Pass. I bought the Deluxe Edition. I can play the content but I don't have access to season pass rewards. I contacted Sony PlayStation customer care and they could not help me. Please resolve this issue.

I’m in PS4 and it’s happening to me, I preordered on 6/19/2020!! The deluxe edition $69.99 where is my content. Stop acting like cowards and give your customers a better way to to reach y’all so y’all can help. This is ridiculous,you guys are scamming a lot of people out of there money. Fix this issue and do right by your customers.

Please, I don't want to lose 40$ worth of content. That's a lot of money when you don't have an income. The issue still persist on ps4
