  • Hi @BNGHelp6 I also would like a clarification as I got the preorder code for the Digital Deluxe Edition to be redeemed at bungie.net. When I did, it passed successfully and when I logged to destiny (I play on PS4 primarily) I got my preorder bonuses and the Beyond Light Eververse icon said "OWNED", so I took that as confirmation. I really want to know if you can clarify this or give me any fix as I really wanted to play the expansion with my PS5 next thursday... :(

    Hi Bungie, Thank you for the clarification on my status. I DID NOT bought the expansion through PSN, I redeemed my preorder directly through you in bungie.net. Can you clarify then what can I do or where did I preorder the expansion then? It was all the way back in June so memory is a little fuzzy, but should I have got an email from your side to access the content in the platform I wanted? I cannot find any email regarding this. Also can you clarify how it says I don't own the expansion from your side, but in my game it does says "OWNED"? Hope you can answer back. Moreover, I just want to know what the hell did I bought then.

  • Hey there. The only code you redeemed were pre-order items, not the game itself. Try using that same code in your platform's store to see if that will work.

  • Hello BNG, I tried redeeming the same code on PSN but unfortunately it cannot work as yours was only 9 digits while PSN asks me for 10. :( I have seen reports from users in this thread saying they have received an email directly from you with the code I should be redeeming in PSN. I preordered all the way back in June so I can't be 100% sure, but I do not remember receiving any email from your part with said code. How can I verify this? Or if this email wasn't sent to me then how can I ask for it?

    If it helps, I did my preorder all the way back in June 22. I also tried what the Twitter account said of waiting in Orbit for around an hour twice now and still no season pass and Variks asks me for the expansion after the first Europa mission.

I preordered 6/19/2020... got all the perks but now can’t do anything, saying I have purchase it again!

  • Records show that you are game sharing Beyond Light. Season Passes can't be game shared and can only be applied to the main account that owns Beyond Light. Game sharing is a platform feature and is not officially supported by Bungie. The successful game sharing of expansions or other licenses was always coincidental, and Bungie makes no effort to provide consistency for players with these platform features.   • I know, worse is that I was thinking of entering through Steam (I have Cross-Save enabled) thinking maybe that would fix it; but I found this point in bungies website: "Stasis subclasses are only available with a Destiny 2: Beyond Light game license. Players who do not own Destiny 2: Beyond Light on a platform, even with Cross Save active, will lose access to the Stasis subclasses. " For what I can understand, ONLY 1 platform can access Beyond Light, and I DO NOT WANT the game to activate my licence on Steam by mistake as I play on PS all the time; so I just didn't try to see if that fix it. I find this completely weird as when I redeemed my code at Bungie both, my PS4 and my PC version showed my expansion as "OWNED", and it never asked for which platform I wanted the expansion for. Also, I believe the Season passes DO NOT matter where you bought them, and that is also not available. :/

  • Right I pay for the dlc but just the dlc that's all so that one by it self was $39.99 basically $40 but I bought it befor this virus came and I bought ingame too not at the xbox store cuz they give you 2 ways to pay you can pay for the bundle or you can pay for the dlc by it self so that's what I did and this dlc take a long time to come and then I find out it would be coming in November 10 so i was like oh that's why it taking so long so I'm waiting like every other destiny player and i update my game like everybody eles then i do the first mission and the same thing show up for me too after I finish the first mission it said pay for it like I didn't already pay for it

  • This doesnt help!!! The issue isnt on our end if this many people arent getting what they payed for! Please just make it right. I even spent an extra 1000 silver to get the season pass again. Really would like a refund for that and i just get my deluxe edition items please!

  • I did manually re install beyond light and it's added deluxe edition content and I still don't have any of the stuff y'all promised. I must admit I. Kinda frustrated by this please fix this. I own the deluxe edition of beyond light and I want my season passes, strangers packs please
