Yes, I'm even saying it's worse than the character-assassination that was Warmind, because that at least had the decency to be brief.
Rote plot structure, predictable story, boring missions/characters and an anticlimactic ending were bad enough, but the unnecessary padding was the nail in the coffin.
Did you have to make me kill Fallen in one area or defend a conflux to go to the next mission? And don't think I didn't notice you making me run through a strike disguised as a mission, because you did it last time.
And even then, it was only 6-7 hours solo!
This DLC is not $30. Your not selling the destination, that's free. The thing being sold is the campaign and the cutscenes you smothered the marketing with. A story of this quality (with the raid) is worth 20-15 dollars tops.

Osiris and Warmind say hello.

3 RespuestasJust remember we can pick up a brand new AAA game these days for around £40/£50! This will have a whole heap of content that could keep you playing for weeks Not 6-7 hours. Think about that for a few minutes 🤔

1 Respuestai think you mean curse of osirus

Dattokeep and CoO were worse.

2 RespuestasIt feels like forsaken again, just different planet, hunting barons! I've only done the first one, so not sure what the rest of the story entails. I'm not over optimistic, or filled with enthusiasm for the rest. Not too keen on stasis, feels bit naf so far. Europa looks and feels good, the stranger went from really interesting and enigmatic from the last time I saw her in d1 to really boring really quickly. While playing the only thing I could think about was variks is smarter than them all. Its -blam!-ing freezing down there and drifter, eris and stranger are sat outside in a snow storm round a fire with a nice warm house thing next to them. Least variks found a warm building to go into. It's definitely underwhelming experience so far, hopefully after more hours of playing it will get better.

Yeah nah yeah nah mate this is the best they've done since forsaken

Huh? This campaign was one of the best campaigns they’ve done. They expanded upon the lore in creative ways, Eramis was a great villian and Variks was a stand-out character, you actually had to work for stasis rather than getting it outright, and the campaign was actually lengthy for once rather than being rushed.

At least Shadowkeep had the crazy plot twist but this campaign was so obvious. The trailers said exactly what was going to happen

hmm interesting take. In my opinion Shadowkeep was the worst DLC campaign, it just didnt feel like there was anything there and for how much that season cost it wasnt worth it. Overall I think Curse of Osiris was the worst DLC but it was cheaper, so sure im fine with that, also there were other problems in the game at that point. I loved warmind tho, thought it was great, sure the final boss sucked, but i had a blast. my list for campaign quality. Red War, Forsaken, Beyond Light, Warmind, Osiris, Shadowkeep.
