Elsie Bray (Exo Stranger) used to be a pretty human woman, but now she's an even more gorgeous Exo. That was the whole plot of the series up until this point.

Last we know, Clovis was in a SMILE pod using Organs grown inside pigs to replace his to replace his dead ones. His conscience being kept alive. It’s heavily implied that Elsie Bray (one of Clovis Bray Sen.’s four grandchildren) is the Exo Stranger but this isn’t a confirmed theory (very strong one).
